Website content, methodologies, and materials created by Hubworkbase remain our intellectual property unless a signed agreement assigns specific deliverables to you. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission.
Client materials
You retain ownership of price lists, POS extracts, and other materials you provide. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to deliver the agreed engagement.
Liability
Advisory outputs support commercial decisions; they do not guarantee sales, margin, or competitive outcomes. To the extent permitted by Thai law, Hubworkbase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on advisory materials beyond the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our engagements, unless a separate contract states otherwise.
