Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to Hubworkbase advisory engagements, briefings, and seasonal sessions described on this site.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on how far an engagement has progressed and whether a deposit or milestone invoice has been paid. Informational website content and unpaid enquiries are not refundable transactions.
Timeframe to request
Submit refund or cancellation requests in writing to info@hubworkbase.click within fourteen days of the event that triggers the request (for example, cancellation notice or disputed milestone).
Full and partial refunds
If you cancel more than ten business days before a confirmed start date and no substantive work has begun, deposits are refundable minus a THB 3,000 administration fee. If discovery or data intake has started, we refund unused fees after deducting time already worked at the agreed rate. Completed milestones are not refunded.
Non-refundable items
Completed briefings, delivered dashboard handovers, finished category reviews, and completed seasonal sessions are non-refundable. Third-party travel costs already incurred for agreed fieldwork are non-refundable.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible. We confirm the amount in writing before transfer.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a seasonal session once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a THB 2,500 rescheduling fee. Hubworkbase may reschedule for advisor illness or force majeure and will offer a new date promptly.
Deposits, no-shows, and work already started
Deposits secure start windows. No-shows for confirmed sessions without twenty-four hours’ notice forfeit the session fee. When work has already started—data mapping, draft dashboards, or field visits—fees for completed work remain payable.
Purchased materials
Printed materials and specialised data purchases made at your written request are billed at cost and are non-refundable once ordered.
